Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beach Funeral & Cremation Services (4456 Bonney Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Catholic Church (712 Little Neck Rd #5807, Virginia Beach, VA 23452).

“Dr. Kemp family and friends, you have my condolences. I met him 18 years ago at CRMC when I was surgical scheduler. He was a very funny man that love to teach about what he did. My memorable about him the most was on St. Patrick Day; he came to work in L&D with his kilt on and showed me pictures of himself. I thought that was so cool that he did that and didn't care who saw it. Although I'm no longer at the hospital he made an everlasting impression on me, Rest in peace my friend.”
