He is survived by: his wife Tracey Louise De Boer; his stepchildren, Melissa and Brian Tweed; his grandchildren, Brian and Cataleya Tweed; his stepmother Mary De Boer; his sisters, Wanda Moeller (Scott) and Roberta Lamerdin (Tim); and his stepsister Debbie Myers (Scott). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
