She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary E. O'Connell Hill and Edward J. Hill; and her husband Cmdr. She is survived by: her children, C. J. McCarthy III (Sylvia) of Palm Coast, FL and Eileen Lee of Onancock, VA; her sister Margaret Kreitner of Connecticut; her grandsons, Vincent P. Lee of Virginia Beach and Timothy B. Lee of Accomack, VA; and her great grandchildren, Adrianna and Madelynn Lee. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
