He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Etheridge and Emma Celia Etheridge; and his sister Pamela Kellam. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; and his children, Michael Etheridge (Tania), Courtney Young (Chris) and Caitlin Nofzinger (Grant). He is also survived by five grandchildren; four step grandchildren; his brother; four sister in-laws; three brother in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
