He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Carlton Packer, Sr. and Mabel Watson Moses Packer; and his sister Betty Juanita Packer. He is survived by: his son Frederick Carlton Packer, III; his grandson Frederick Carlton Packer, IV of Virginia Beach; and his sister Jean Packer Burke of Cary.
