She was predeceased by: her parents, Sekmenesh Tedla and Francesco Sorbello; and her brother Franco Sorbello. She is survived by: her husband Theodore; her children, William, Anna Maria and Franco (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Maria, Michael, Audrey and Juliana; and her brother Enzo (Elisa).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a breast cancer agency of your choice or to the American Heart Association.
