He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Brown and Hattie Brown. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Robyn, Michele (Joseph) and Renee (Randall); his adoptive son Cardell; his grandchildren, James, Raven, Randall Jr., Cardell III and Keeona; and his great grandchildren, Amor and Journee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Princess Anne Chapel (3445 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
