He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Lowery and Lillian Lowery McGinnis; and his son William Raymond Loury. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Faye Loury; his daughters, Linda F. Vines, Deborah L. Craven (Michael) and Wanda R. Fix; his grandchildren, Will Vines, Casey Vines, Mary, Tiffany, Angel Craven, Nikki Fix and Jeremiah Fix; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Neal, Addison Craven, Alijah Mears, Jaden Mancini-Fix and Layton Fix.
