He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Junius Owens; his pets, Lee Lee, Big Head and Lil Head; his siblings, Shirley Clarke, Edith Davis-Owens, Benjamin, Charlie, Clifton, Junious and Melvin Owens; his children, Pamela Owens-Burns (Andre) of Alberta, Rhonda Young (Shawn) of Washington, DC, Shanell Toone of Victoria, Virginia, Ray Anderson of LaCrosse and Reginald Bragg (Kennisha) of Victoria, Virginia; his friend Lorraine Young; his siblings, Diane Boise of Victoria, Virginia, Marilyn Naylor of Victoria, Virginia and Major Owens of Farmville; and his friends, Mike Robinson (Betty), Wendell Crenshaw, Diane, Lazette Molten, Brenda Morton and Mary Casper. He was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
