He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kevin Henry and Dorothy Angevine. He is survived by: his spouse Debbie Henry; his sisters, Jacqueline Ellis, Denise Kocka, Ginger Skillman, Audrey Henry and Janet Henry; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Skillman, Barry Kocka and Vickie Henry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
