He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Louis; and his siblings, C. L. Jones, Garland Jones and Mary Charlotte Jones Corson. He is survived by: his parent Willie Vivian Jones; his wife Shirley; his children, Carol (Ed Gaunt), Vivian (Mike Gosey), Gayle (Tom Hines), Hugh (Tracey Jones) and Jennifer (Mike Rice); and also Hugh. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
