He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Tex Baker and Carolyn Faye Asbury Baker; and his brothers, Larry Thomas "Tom" Baker and Brad Alan Sturgill Baker. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Lyn Stephens; his children, Andrew "Andy" Wesly Baker (Jillian Baker) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Ethan Mikeal Baker and Lexie Abigal Baker of Tazewell, VA; and his sisters, Teresa Dickens (Jamie) of Horsepen, VA and Stephens.
