She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Simons and Leda Moser Simons; her husband Elbert Oakley Price, Sr; her children, Leda Chandler (Russ) of Statesville, NC, Ebby Price (Angie) of Jacksonville, FL and Teresa Brown (Terry); and her siblings, Johnny Simons of Springville, VA, Judy Simons of Ohio and Patty Simons. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-granddaughter.
