Osborne White; her husband Edwin Mustard; her close friend Warren Gary Whited; her siblings, Beatrice White, Gloria Jean White, Reba McGlothlin and Carlos Jack White; her grandsons, Scott Slone and Derek Slone; and her great grandchild Willow Rose Horton.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Horton (Allen) of Ashland, Ky Shelia Monahan (Geoff) of Summerville, SC., Phillip Slone (Bonnie) and Larry Lowe of Thompson Valley, VA; her brother Larry Douglas White (Lonnie) of Wabash, IN.; her grandchildren, Kristen McMillian (Randy), Ashley Livingood (Rus), Bobby Horton (Crystal), Jacob Williams (Diane), Joseph Lowe, Justin Slone, Zachary Slone, Melody Messer, BJ Lawson (Heather), Tonya Lawson Kloc (Vetek), Luke Gardner and Brooke Smith (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Katelyn Livingood, Evelyn Livingood, Jackson Livingood, Allen James Horton, Lillie Horton, Connor McMillian, Isaac Lawson, Aubrey Lawson, Olivia Kloc, Aaden Cabera, Amaya Cabera and Blayne Warren Mayfield.
Per COVID-19 guidelines, everyone will be required to wear facial coverings and for the visitation only 10 people will be allowed in the chapel at a time.
