He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Phillips and Sylvia Harrison Phillips; and his brother Jerry Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Sherrie Leonard (Edward) of Thompson Valley, VA, Sue Depoy (Tim) of Summit Point, WV and Gail Beasley (Allen) of Winchester, VA; his siblings, Mac Phillips (Brenda) of Raleigh, NC and Lynda Allison (Gerald) of Thompson Valley, VA; and his grandchildren, Lauren Patteson (William), Taylor Beasley, Jackson Depoy, Shane Beasley and Shelby Depoy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
