He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Jones and Ellen Wells Jones. He is survived by: his wife Doris Jones; his children, Gene Jones (Tracy), Timmy Jones and Donna Thomas (Bruce); his grandchildren, Pamela Thomas, Dustin Jones and Jesse McKee; and his sister Jeanette Aldridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
