Nancy Twitty Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2020, at the age of 81, Nancy Twitty (Surry, Virginia), born in Siloam, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Twitty to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Craig Tesh; and her siblings, Henry S. Shore and Ruth S. Stone. She is survived by: her husband Donald Twitty; her daughters, Jane Culler Tesh of Mt. Airy and Donna Culler Hall (Larry) of Mt. Airy; her grandchildren, Crystal Hamlin (David), Sara Allen (J. D.) of Mt. Airy, Sydney Davis (Alex) of Winston-Salem, Ben Davis (Ruth Ann) of Winston-Salem, Ryan Powers of Mt. Airy and Sheree Booth (Wayne) of King; her great grandchildren, Sam Hamlin, Gavin Allen, Jacob Tally and Shelby Uselton (Jason); her siblings, Roger Shore (Bessie) of King, Pete Shore (Sheryl) of Siloam and Kathryn Whitaker of Walkertown; and her pet Oreo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Respecting the current limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy, Thursday, June 4, 2020 with Rev. Jay Meadows and Rev. Roger Gilbert officiating.
