He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, William Cooke, III, Cynthia Cooke Taylor, Anne Cooke Holbrook, Celeste Cooke Keely, Edwin Kenneth Cooke, Kerry Cooke Owen, Allison Cooke Williams, Polly Cooke Dimidio, Dianna Cooke Blalock, Donna Cooke Farrington, Terry Clay Cooke, Jerry Ray Cooke, Brigget Cooke Horton, Bobby Cook, Danny Cooke, Ronnie Cooke, Kathy George Templeton, Kaylene George Hatcher, Tammy Cooke Dowell and Teresa Cooke Jessup.
