She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Fox and Charles W. Steel. She is survived by: her husband Donald Sherman Howell; her sons, William Richard "Rick" Savage and Charles Savage (Jennifer); and her granddaughters, Kelly Knight (Matt) and Maddie Savage.
