He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Hart, Sr. and Laura R. Weaverling. He is survived by: his wife June M. Porter Hart; his children, Kristi M. Hart and Michael S. Hart (Brittany); his stepchildren, Jennifer S. Shields (Timothy), Christopher R. Worrell, Brandon N. Myers and Anthony Rosati; his siblings, Sharon L. Bostard, Cherryl Grgic (Joe) and James Hart (Patty); and his close friend Jake Judy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
