It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Holland Mansfield (Suffolk, Virginia), who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Flora Bland and Joseph C. Holland. She is survived by: her husband Cary P. Mansfield; her children, Stefanie Turner (Andrew) of Pinehurst, NC and Casey Hedrick (Robert) of Suffolk; her grandchildren, Holden Hedrick and Holland Turner; and her siblings, Pamela Miller (Mark), Wanda Rector (John), Joseph "Joey" Holland, Jr. (Pam) and Adrian Holland (Lucy). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would encourage you to plant a flower or tree, harvest in the garden, or treat yourself to an indoor plant to cherish, in memory of Brenda.
