He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Reeves Greer and Pansy June Grindstaff Greer; and his brother Bart Greer. He is survived by: his wife Polly Flippin Greer; his daughters, Wendy Greer of Roanoke, Cindy Greer (Samuel Reynolds) of Stuart and Tina Greer (Chad Lane) of Colorado; his granddaughter Maigan Hazelwood (Andrew) of Stuart; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Nathan, Adrian, Jordan and Abram; and his brothers, Jim Greer (Nancy) of Georgia and Tracy Greer of Lynchburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
