He is survived by: his wife Mozelle Doss Holt; his daughter Lynn (Terry Glenn) of Stuart; his grandchildren, Latisha Blue (Jessica) and Anthony Penn; his great grandchildren, Cortez Patton Penn, Emory Blue and Mayana Penn; his sister Frances; and his brother-in-law Allen Koger of Patrick Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
