She was predeceased by: her parents, John Theodore and Laura Spitler Neff of Virginia; and her siblings, Franklin Theodore Neff, Boyd Neff, David Neff, Anna Bell Neff, Katherine Bowers, Mabel Lam and Bethel Funk.
She is survived by: her caregiver Christine Lucas Brown. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
