He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hughes Robbins and Cynthia Lucas Robbins; and his brother Harry Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Angela Dalton; his children, Natasha Steele (Shane) of Newport, VA, Stephanie Darnell (Larry) of Peterstown, WV and Thomas Dale Robbins Jr. (Taylor) of Pulaski, VA; his grandchildren, Cayden Painter, Braxton Painter, Kyndall Painter, Haleigh Darnell, Logan Darnell, Adaline Darnell, Emery Darnell, Stark Estep, Leon Robbins and Anakin Robbins; his siblings, Ronnie Robbins (Vicki) of Peterstown, Sherri Bailey (Terry) of Russellville and Dreama Ayers (Doug) of Pulaski; and his nephew Robert "Bubba" Raines.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Kendall Funeral Home to assist in offsetting funeral expenses.
