He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard "Sonny" R. Evans, Sr. and Ola Meredith Evans; his sister Carol Martin; and his stepson Brian C. Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Monica P. Evans of Staffordsville; his children, Timothy Evans, Shane Evans (Kayla) of Staffordsville, Lisa Harris of Little Creek and Diane Evans of Pulaski; his stepdaughter Sabrina Simpson of Narrows; his sister Dreama Vaught (Syl) of Ripplemead; and also Shannon Dillon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
