It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boyd Allen Riggs of Staffordsville, Virginia, born in Pearisburg, Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Riggs and Pauline Dalton Riggs; his sisters, Wanda Riggs and Peggy Hetherington; and his sister-in-law Pearl Riggs.
He is survived by: his former wife Janice Fletcher Riggs; his sons, Stephan (Trinity Riggs), Erik Riggs and Ty Riggs; his granddaughter Isabella; his siblings, Harold Riggs, Earl (Deronda Riggs) and Norma Younce; and his brother-in-law David Hetherington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends.
