He is survived by: his wife Sandra Scafone; his children, Glenn Scafone (Jessica) of King George, VA, Robert Scafone of Fredericksburg, VA and Kathryn McAlpine of Alexandria, VA; and his sister Carole Bryan (Mac) of Winchester, VA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
