He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis Juggins, Sr. and Florine Montague Juggins; and his brother William "Willie" Juggins. He is survived by: his daughters, Reverend Yvonne Clarissa Juggins of Durham, NC and Linda Anne Juggins of Stafford, VA; his siblings, Jeannette Marie Juggins of Fredericksburg, VA and Charles Eugene Juggins of Stafford, VA; his granddaughters, Minister Alicia Juggins of Connecticut, Sherri Lynne (Juggins) and Taylor (Paul Taylor); his great grandchildren, Sir John Baez Perkins, Sir Robert Lewis Juggins, III, Vera Isabella Mae Juggins and Ayanna Renee Taylor; and his niece Elaine Marie Juggins.
