He was predeceased by: his parents, Clive Phillips and Muriel Phillips; and his brothers, Ronald of Barbados and Thelbert White of Barbados. He is survived by: his wife Bermadine Phillips of Stafford, VA; his brother Patterson Phillips; his nephew Valdez Clarke; his cousin Avonda Hinks of Barbados; and also, Johaan Phillips of Alexandria and J'Nai Kessinger (Vincent). He is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law.
