He was predeceased by: his parent Ruth Wagnon; his wife Joanne; his son William Richard Wagnon (Bill); and his siblings, John Wagnon (Skip) and Sharon Meier.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey E. Wagnon Jr. (Laurie), James Wagnon (Julie), Barry Wagnon (Michelle) and Patrick Wagnon (Diane); and his brother Don Wagnon. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
