Violet Kugler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Kugler (Springfield, Virginia), born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on March 24, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ailie Rules and Frank Rules; her husband William H. "Bill" Kugler; her brothers, Donald and Howard; and her son Grant.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Sharon) and Rodd (Karen); and her sister Jean of Port Lucie, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
