She was predeceased by: her siblings, Nicholas and Josephine; her parents, Francesco "Frank" Ruzzo and Sophia Ruzzo; and her brothers, Francis "Frank" Ruzzo, Paul Ruzzo and Fred "Freddy" Ruzzo.
She is survived by: her children, Geraldine Mae Zeithammel (Tony) of Bowling Green, KY, Patricia Ann Cornnell (Joseph) of Bristow, VA, Barbara Ann Morris (David) of Port Republic, VA, Mimi Michaela Konoza (Doris) of Alexandria, VA and John Charles Konoza (Cathy) of Zion Crossroads, VA; and her husband John Stanley Konoza. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
