He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry and Nancy; and his sisters, Linda and Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Wilcox; his children, Jessica (Jose), Christopher (Christy) and Erin; his sister Debbie; and his former wife Mary Christine Holien.
