She was predeceased by: her parents, Willa Lee (Talkington) and Frank Jackson Tice of Calcutta, OH.. She is survived by: her husband Skip Gallagher; her children, Christine Gallagher of Bristow, VA and Patrick Gallagher of Long Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Edyn and Lucas Gallagher of Costa Mesa, CA; her brother Frank "Lindy" Tice of Wellsville, OH; and her niece Debbie Barker.
