He is survived by: his sons, Terry and Keith O'Quinn of Maryland; his sisters, Sherry Loizeaux (Mark) of Maryland and Jewell Windsor (Leonard) of Virginia; his granddaughter Lisa Defibaugh (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Sofia of Maryland and Poppy of Maryland; and his nieces, Stacey, Adrienne and Devon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
