He is survived by: his mother Judy Holt; his wife Karen "Regina" Holt (Regina); his brothers, Jeff and Kevin Holt; his aunt Jean; his uncle Ken Conrady; and his father Gary Holt. He is also survived by his cousins, his nieces and nephews, his great-nephews.
