We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Billy E. Rutherford of Springfield, Virginia. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Rutherford and William Rutherford; and his siblings, Shirley Hoffman and H. C. 'Bud' Rutherford (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rutherford; and his children, Mark Rutherford (Denise) of San Clemente, William 'Ron Rutherford of Fairfax, Carol Carlisle (Rob Lassiter) of Springfield, Eric and Kirk Rutherford (Marta) of Springfield. He is also survived by nine loving grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
