She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ralph and Eva Lina Judd Wilkins; her brother James Ralph; her daughter Shawnie Romney Tull; and her grandson Ian Barlow Tull.
She is survived by: her husband Ianthus B. Romney Jr. (Barry); her children, Raena Tonini, Darren Romney, Rochelle Thompson, Kimball Romney, Ronielle Romney, Annie Bales and Reeahn McKenna; and her siblings, Gail Trowbridge, Lee Wilkins, Reuel Wilkins and Rae Carr. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
