He is survived by: his wife Margie Craig Murphy; his sons, Ricky (Tracy Murphy) and Mike (Sandra Murphy); his grandchildren, Caleb Murphy, Lauren Murphy, Kayla Dishon (Nick) and Rachel Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Kate Dishon and Juliette Dishon.
