He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Posey Young; his wife Bettie Barrow Young; and his daughter Kelly Lyle Young. He is survived by: his sons, B. Michael Young and Posey G. Young, Jr. (Jill). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
