He is survived by: his wife Ethel Mae Hairston Manns; his children, Angela Perry, Brenda Perry, Benjamin Manns, Terry Hodge, Chris Manns, Joe Manns, Garland Perry and Raekwon Manns; and his sisters, Minister Martha Jane Manns and Minister Florence Preston. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
