He is survived by: his wife Nadine Burgart Hendricks; his daughter Kimberley Purdy (Tommy); his sisters, Lorene Murdock and Shirley Allen; and his granddaughters, Jasmine Boyd, Kadence Boyd and Madison Purdy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
