She was predeceased by: her father Willie Columbus "Lum" Carter; her husband Raymond Ashburn; and her siblings, Lindsey Carter and Ruby Belcher. She is survived by: her daughter Renae Wagoner of Spencer; her nephew Jeffrey Carter (Antionette); her niece Jennifer Carter; and her great-nieces, Sydney Carter and McKinley Carter. She is also survived by her extended family and special friends.
