"Pete" Welch; and her siblings, Pearl Penn, Mazzie Penn, Annie Mae Koger, Bernice Martin, Mary Spencer, Jeff Penn, Jamie Penn and Greene Penn.
She is survived by: her children, Malinda Welch, Patricia Foster, Mary Foster and Percy Welch. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
