He is survived by: his children, Jamie Powell (Rebecca) and Brittany Dalton; his granddaughter Makayla Powell; and his siblings, Bernice Morris, Sarah Crump, Rose Wilmouth (Skip) and Gene "Ballie" Powell (Gayle).
