He was predeceased by: his parents, Burrell Ray Bowen, Sr. and Christina Thompson Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Whitlow Bowen; his children, Brian Chandler (Aleta), Leeann Thornton (Rob) and Riley Chandler (Heather); his grandchildren, Austin Chandler, Natalie Chandler, Rachel Thornton, Blake Thornton and Kira Chandler; and his sister-in-law Joyce Hull (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
