She is survived by: her children, Tara Crews Lacks (Victor) of Clover, Paula Crews Orellana of South Boston, David Ray Crews of Chatham and Anthony Blair Crews of South Boston, Three; her grandchildren, Miguel Orellana, Olivia Grace Lacks and Sydney Carroll Crews; her siblings, Rudd M. Holt, III (Estelle) of Forest, VA, Paul L. Simmons (Charlotte) of South Boston and Dianne Simmons of South Boston, Her; and her pet Alley.
