He is survived by: his wife Frances Kerman Lewis; his children, Charles "Chuck" Newsome, Keith Newsome (Barbara), Robyn Gowing (Ron) and Christy Archer (Robert); his stepdaughter Angelia Douglas; his stepgranddaughter Christina; his grandchildren, Kimberly Burton, Tedra Dyar, Candace Cook, Alexis Newsome, Seth Archer and Sarah Archer; and his great grandchildren, David, McKenzie, Jacob, Deanna, Brandon and Ashton.
