We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2023, at the age of 85, Lillian Garris Pierce (Smithfield, Virginia), born in Suffolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Hersey; her parents, Paul "Petie Paul" J. Garris and Martha S. Foster; her brother Paul "Jerry" J. Garris, Jr.; her daughters, Deborah "Debi" Jones (David) and Paula Hicks (Joe); her grandchildren, Rob Harris, Carey Harris and Christie Hicks; and her great grandchildren, Mikayla, Alya and Emma.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or the Isle of Wight Volunteer Rescue Squad.
